Paid Volunteer Positions

1️⃣ Setup Crew (Physical Support Team) April 30th - $80 a day

(8am-5pm, hour lunch break))

We’re seeking dependable, physically capable individuals to assist with event setup. This role is perfect for those who don’t mind rolling up their sleeves and being part of the behind-the-scenes action.

Responsibilities include:

• Unloading equipment and materials

• Lifting and moving tables, chairs, and event supplies

• Setting up backdrops, displays, and game stations

• Assisting with general booth and floor preparation

Ideal candidates are:

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor

• Reliable and punctual

• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

• Ready to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

2️⃣ Event Floor Team (Hype & Engagement Crew) May 2-3 - $70 a day (9am-5pm, hour lunch break)

We’re also looking for energetic, outgoing individuals who thrive in social environments and enjoy engaging with guests.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and interacting with attendees

• Encouraging guests to participate in our games and activities

• Creating excitement and maintaining high energy at our booth

• Assisting wherever needed throughout the event

• Resetting and preparing games between participants

Ideal candidates are:

• Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic

• Comfortable speaking with new people

• Proactive and quick to jump in where help is needed

• Able to maintain energy and positivity throughout the event

Note

Meals will not be provided. We will have water bottles and light snacks available. Food will be available for purchase on-site during the event; however, setup crew members should plan to bring their own meals or order food as needed during setup hours
