Description of the event:
Regular scheduled event runs from 10am-5pm.
After 5pm, building A + B will be locked and an after hours event will then commence 5pm-9pm in the outdoor area adjacent to these buildings.
Indoor vendors will be selling to the public - 10AM-5PM
Outdoor vendors will be selling to the public - 10AM-9PM**
All indoor and outdoor vendors are from operation 10AM-5PM
**Outdoor event will be in operation rain or shine (rain is unexpected at this time of year). Refunds will not be issued because of the weather.
Liability: Anime-nia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot. All fees are non-refundable.
Booth Assignment: Spaces will be assigned by event staff. While we will do our best to accommodate requests to be placed near another vendor, we cannot guarantee placement.
Booth Sharing: Booth sharing is strictly prohibited unless prior approval has been granted by Anime-nia staff. Email animeniashows@gmail.com for permission.
Tablecloths: ALL public facing tables must have table cloths.
Pricing: Vendor fees may vary from event to event.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Once a spot is reserved it is non-refundable.
Fixtures & Displays: Vendors are welcome to bring fixtures, provided they do not extend beyond the designated booth space. Pipe and drape setups that are not fire-compliant are not permitted. Canopies indoors are also not permitted.
Event Duration: Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event. Please do not begin breakdown until at least 10 minutes before the event concludes.
Doors will open for attendees at 10AM. ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP AND PREPARED NO LATER THAN 9:30AM

All vendors are responsible for providing their own materials, including tables, chairs, tents, and any other necessary equipment. However, tables and chairs are available to rent through the venue at an additional cost. Pricing is subject to change based on the venue’s current rates. Please mark with how many you’d require if you want to rent. Leave blank if you do not require.
Artist Alley includes ONE vendor badge.
Retail vendors includes TWO vendor badges.
Weekend wristbands can be purchased for assistants at a discounted rate of $15 per wristband. These are bought day of event.
