OR RENT FROM THE VENUE.

Artist Alley includes ONE vendor badge.

Retail vendors includes TWO vendor badges.

Additional badges can be purchased for assistants at a discounted rate of $10 (badge, while supplies last, or wristband). These are bought day of event at check in.

*Food vendors must have pre-made and packaged food to be accepted.

IZANAMI BUILDING (industry commerce): This building includes the main stage and the voice actors. Can have fluctuating volume levels as panels and performances happen on the stage. Has a/c and heating.

MIZUKI BUILDING (the armory): This building has bright lighting. No a/c or heating, the nature of the building is cool temperatures. Karaoke on Saturday evening.

EXTRA - ADD ONS

All vendors are responsible for providing their own materials, including tables, chairs, tents, and any other necessary equipment. However, tables and chairs are available to rent through the venue at an additional cost. Pricing is subject to change based on the venue’s current rates. Please mark with how many you’d require if you want to rent. Leave blank if you do not require.

If you plan to booth share or require any special needs accommodations. Please let us know below.

1. Liability: Anime-nia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

2. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot. All fees are non-refundable.

3. Booth Assignment: Spaces will be assigned by event staff. While we will do our best to accommodate requests to be placed near another vendor, we cannot guarantee placement.

4. Booth Sharing: Booth sharing is strictly prohibited unless prior approval has been granted by Anime-nia staff. Email animeniashows@gmail.com for permission.

5. Tablecloths: ALL public facing tables must have table cloths.

6. Pricing: Vendor fees may vary from event to event.

7. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. Once a spot is reserved it is non-refundable.

8. Fixtures & Displays: Vendors are welcome to bring fixtures, provided they do not extend beyond the designated booth space. Pipe and drape setups that are not fire-compliant are not permitted. Canopies indoors are also not permitted.

9. Event Duration: Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event. Please do not begin breakdown until at least 10 minutes before the event concludes.

10. Doors will open for attendees at 11AM. ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP AND PREPARED NO LATER THAN 10:30AM
