CHECK IN at the Anime-nia booth in the Izanami building to pick up your badges. You can buy additional passes for assistants at this time. If you need assistance locating your booth we can also help you with that.

If you have rented materials, after you check in, we can assist you with delivering your materials to your booth.

Map Directions

Enter through gate 2. If there is a guard, let them know you are with Anime-nia to setup. Follow the drawing guide through the fairgrounds to the back two buildings we will be occupying. You may drive right up to the building to unload, please be aware if you are blocking others and move your car ASAP. We may be able to park in the parking lot behind the commerce building if no one is occupying it during the event.

Instructions

Liability: Anime-nia is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Security: There is security on site and overnight. Buildings are locked and property is fenced/monitored.
Booth Assignment: Booths are assigned by event staff. While we will do our best to accommodate requests to be placed near another vendor, we cannot guarantee placement.
Tables & Chairs: All vendors are responsible for providing their own materials, including tables, chairs, tents, and any other necessary equipment. However, tables and chairs are available to rent through the venue at an additional cost. A month before the event Anime-nia staff will contact to see who requires tables and chairs and collect payment.
Tablecloths: ALL public facing tables MUST have table cloths.
Fixtures & Displays: Vendors are welcome to bring fixtures, provided they do not extend beyond the designated booth space. Pipe and drape setups must be fire resistant.
Event Duration: Vendors are expected to remain set up for the full duration of the event. Please do not begin breakdown until at least 10 minutes before the event concludes.
Doors will open for attendees at 10:30 AM. ALL VENDORS MUST BE SET UP AND PREPARED NO LATER THAN 10AM
Badges: Badges can be picked up when you are setting up on Friday or Saturday. Artist Alley includes ONE vendor badge (two if booth sharing). Retail vendors includes TWO vendor badges. Weekend wristbands can be purchased for assistants at a discounted rate of $15 per wristband. These are bought day of event.
